TERMS
OF USE
- All
meetings or classes must be officially calendared with a School of the Arts
staff member or volunteer.
- The
School of the Arts asks that room users respect other classes and meetings
that are underway by not interrupting and by keeping noise to a minimum.

All
classroom use provides full access to restrooms and kitchenette (coffee service
extra). Please clean up your mess. Donations of coffee, cups & condiments
are always welcome. Bottled water is available for a donation of $1
·
Overhead
mirror, slide projector, digital projector, projection screen, TV/VCR, and
photocopier available for rent
·
No storage is available on Campus unless arranged with the Director.
·
Materials, tools, lab and firing
fees (where applicable) are extra. Studio renters must be qualified by a School
of the Arts representative in order to use certain equipment.
- All
space users are expected to clean up after each use in studios and common
areas. Cleaning supplies such as brooms and mops are available for use.
Paper towels and cleaning supplies are located above sink in kitchenette.
- Please
dump any ‘smelly’ garbage in trash receptacles that are located on east
side of building.
- Please
use beverage Recycling container in kitchenette as proceeds go to the Boys
& Girls Club.

All space users are asked to return the room to the state they found it
in. This includes stacking chairs in designated areas and re-setting the space
as much as possible.
- If
users fail to properly secure the building (doors AND gates) the user is
responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- Failure
to turn off AC, Heat or fan is a minimum $20.00 fine.
- Failure
to turn off lights is a minimum $5.00 fine.

Destruction
of any equipment or tools can result in termination of this agreement and user shall
be liable for repair or replacement costs.
